Repair work is scheduled on Duquesne Avenue Bridge at LA Ballona Creek. During the work hours, only one lane will be open to traffic. Flagmen will be directing traffic at both ends of the bridge. Emergency vehicles will have access at all times. All lanes will be open to traffic during non-working hours.
