Release of Sex offender 
The Green Bay Police Department is releasing the following information on a convicted sex offender who is being released into our community. This release of information will enhance public safety and raise community awareness.
Christopher Oatman was convicted of 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a child in 2002 and lewd and lascivious behavior in 1999. Mr Oatman will be moving into the TLP, 1761 Shawano Av on November 5, 2015. Conditions of release are:
1) NO UNSUPERVISED CONTACT WITH MINORS; NO TAVERNS/BARS/LIQUOR STORES; NO CONTACT
WITH VICTIM; NOT TO CONSUME ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.
2) COMPLY WITH STANDARD SEX OFFENDER RULES; COOPERATE WITH ELECTRONIC MONITORING.
3) FACE-TO-FACE CONTACT WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUIRED; COMPLY WITH ALL
REQUIREMENTS AND LIFETIME REGISTRANT OF WI SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION PROGRAM.
Mr.Oatman will be on supervision until December 18, 2017, and is a lifetime GPS monitoring subject.
