Lomita Detectives Attempting to Locate Owner of Now Semi-Infamous Surfboard 
Detectives at Lomita Station are attempting to find the owner of a blue and white surfboard with the words "NO KOOKS LOCALS ONLY" spraypainted on the back. We've attached a photo of the board with the lettering photoshopped out.
This surfboard was found on October 13th by Lomita Deputies and featured on our Facebook page.
The owner of the board is not in trouble and not accused of committing any crime. The board can possibly be salvaged, so we're trying to get the board back to the owner before it leaves our station and heads for long term storage in our Central Evidence facility.
