Due to construction around the Fisher Auditorium at the OARDC, the Franklin Township #2 precinct, which is normally inside the Fisher Auditorium, has been moved across the street to the Wooster Township Fire Station at 1917 Millersburg Road in Wooster. Polls are open on Tuesday, Nov. 3, from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.http://votewayne.org
