Person of Interest In Blaine Co. Homicide Identified 
Blain County -- OSBI special agents, sheriff deputies, and many other law enforcement are searching for a man who is considered a person of interest in shooting death this morning of an 18-year-old woman just outside the Canton city limits. Earlier today, OSBI released a surveillance picture of the man officials have identified as Christopher Blake Scruggs, 23. If anyone knows where Scruggs is, please call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017. OSBI agents are working to locate the woman's family before her name is made public.
