4th Offense OWI w/ Child in Vehicle
On Friday, October 16, 2015 at 10:24 PM, a Middleton police officer observed a vehicle that was speeding northbound on Branch Street. After being stopped for the violation, the driver was found to have been consuming alcoholic beverages. Following field sobriety testing, Sarah A. Juszczak, 25, of Madison was arrested for 4th offense operating while intoxicated, a felony. It was also discovered that there was a 4-year-old child passenger in the vehicle.
Juszczak is tentatively charged with 4th offense OWI with a child under 16 in the vehicle, operating after revocation, speeding, and operating without insurance. She was booked into the Dane County Jail and the child was released to a family member.
