Bottle Hill Day & Storm Update

The Office of Emergency Management (O.E.M.) met this morning; and we are closely watching the weather. Here is some important information:

• Tomorrow’s Bottle Hill Day is ON with a delayed start. Setup time will begin at 9am and the event will start @ 11am.
• The Saturday evening Drew University fireworks have been postponed.
• Remember to keep your storm drain clear to prevent flooding and secure all outside items. We are expecting wind for the next few days.
• E-mail [email protected] to report power outages; Call 973-593-3000 for downed wires.
• Residents interested in volunteering for the Office of Emergency Management should e-mail Erika Cruz at [email protected].

O.E.M. is closely monitoring the storm impacting our area tonight as well as the track of Hurricane Joaquin. Although the latest track of the hurricane is positive, we encourage residents to continue to remain vigilant as the track could change.
