On October 1st, at 2:55 am, Morgan Hill Officers responded to the 15000 block of Village Way to investigate subjects looking through car windows. As Officers got on scene they see two vehicles in the area. One of the vehicles, a blue Honda is seen leaving the scene and the second a green Honda is attempting to back out but is blocked in. As Officers approached the green Honda a male suspect jumps out of the vehicle and runs towards Nob Hill leaving a female in the vehicle. The male suspect is located hiding in the bushes and detained. As this was taking place a California Highway patrol officer who was in the area, locates the blue Honda unoccupied parked at Sizzler on Monterey Rd. During the investigation Officers learn the green Honda was reported stolen out of Morgan Hill and the blue Honda contained multiple items which were possibly stolen. Parolee Heriberto Rojas 19 and Christina Zambrano- Rodriguez 20 both out of San Jose were taken into custody and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for being in a stolen vehicle, receiving stolen property, obstructing a police investigation and violation of parole.
