Suspects:
(1) Felix Chavira, 32 years old (wearing number 28 SF 49ers jersey in the video) and a resident of Hollister
(2) Juan Arias, 33 years old (wearing a white jacket in the video) and a resident of Hollister
(3) Eric Martinez, 30 years old (wearing number 80 SF 49ers jersey in the video) and a resident of San Jose
(4) Female Juvenile, 17 years old

Summary: On Monday, September 14, 2015 after the 49ers vs. Vikings game concluded at Levi’s® Stadium, an assault occurred outside gate “C” near the parking lot. Santa Clara Police Officers were dispatched to the incident. On arrival, the officers learned that all parties involved in the incident had dispersed. A video of the assault surfaced the following morning on social media and the police department assigned detectives to investigate the incident. Detectives worked diligently to review the video and quickly identified two victims. Our detectives eventually identified the four above suspects from the video.

On Thursday, Sept 17, 2015 in the late evening detectives arrested Felix Chavira, Juan Arias, and Eric Martinez. Detectives also arrested a female juvenile.
The (3) adults were transported to Santa Clara County Jail and the juvenile was issued a criminal citation and released to her parents.

The 35-year-old victim wearing a Vikings jersey suffered injuries that were non-life threatening. The 18-year-old security officer also suffered injuries that were non-life threatening.

This is an on-going investigation and further information will be released when it is available.
