The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health, in partnership with the City of Rosemead, will be conducting a full-scale exercise on November 19, 2015 to test the activation and operation of a Medical Point of Dispensing (POD). We are seeking volunteers to participate in the exercise as clients seeking medication. The exercise will be held at the Rosemead Community Center, 3936 Muscatel Avenue, Rosemead. If interested in participating as a volunteer, please register at www.surveymonkey.com/r/MCMPODExercise. Prospective volunteers:
• Must be 18 years of age and older
• Must be available during one of the following times: 8 AM – 2 PM, 8 AM – 11 AM, or 10 AM – 1 PM
Your participation is vital in helping us to assess local readiness in the event of a public health emergency. If you have any questions, please contact Mandy Wong at (626) 569-2168 or via email at [email protected].
