Ceres, CA – On September 11th, 2015, Ceres Police officers responded to a call of a bank robbery located at West America Bank in the 1700 block of Mitchell. The suspect described as a Hispanic male, late 20’s, 5’03”, 180 pounds, black eyes unknown hair color wearing a black baseball cap, large puffy black jacket and back pack entered the bank.

The suspect handed the teller a note and threatened he had a bomb. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of money and the suspect then walked out in a southerly direction towards Fowler Road. A picture of the alleged suspect has been posted on the Ceres Police Department Facebook page. The Ceres Police Department received tips of this alleged suspect being seen at a bank in the City of Turlock in the mid morning hours.
