LUCAS VALLEY ROAD CLOSED east of Big Rock (3000 Block) due to big rig accident. Both east & west bound lanes blocked. Unknown at this time how long closure will be in effect due to need of a specialized oversized tow required to return truck to its wheels and clean-up spill of yet u identified liquid cargo. Deputies, CHP and Fire units on-scene.
