Waikoloa Road between 5 mile marker and Hwy 190, Hwy 190 between Pu'uanahulu and Waimea heavy rain and flooding on roadway 
Police reporting heavy rain in the upper Waikoloa area causing hazardous driving conditions on Waikoloa Road from the 5 mile marker up to the intersection with Hwy, 190. Also, same conditions on Hwy. 190 from Pu'uanahulu to Waimea. Both roadways remain open, however extreme caution AND DECREASED SPEED should be exercised if travel in these areas is necessary.
Avoid these areas if possible and use an alternate route.
