Riverbank, CA – On 08-23-15 at 11:00 PM Jeremy Rodriguez was involved in an argument with a 41 year old male at the corner of Country Manor Drive and Jackson Avenue in Riverbank, CA. The argument escalated and Rodriguez rammed the male’s vehicle with his 2000 Chevy Astro Van striking the victims driver side door. The victim who was trying to get out of his vehicle when he was struck was able to get back into his car and drive away so he could call 911. The victim suffered severe injuries to one of his legs and was transported to the emergency room for treatment. A passenger in his vehicle was also injured. Rodriguez fled in his vehicle prior to deputies arriving.

Jeremy Rodriguez is wanted for attempted murder and is known to frequent the cities of Riverbank, Oakdale and Modesto. He was driving a white 2000 Chevy Astro van bearing CA license plate #6H52686. The photo of the van in this release is similar to the one driven by Rodriguez.
