HMA Pav't Overlay work at Ellis Road between Harvey & US-31 this afternoon and evening (8/26/15). Traffic reduced to one lane w/ flaggers. 
The City of Norton Shores wishes to notify you that the placement of HMA pavement overlay for Ellis Road is scheduled for this afternoon and evening between Harvey Street and the Cul-de-Sac east of US-31.
Access and travel thru the affect street will remain open during the work with traffic being controlled by flagging operations and delays are to be expected.
