Full Notification

this afternoon the McClain County Sheriff's Office requested OSBI assist with an investigation involving a deceased woman found inside a car. That car was parked outside a home in the 29000 block of Coyle Drive just outside Blanchard. She did not live at that location. The woman's death is considered suspicious due to a lack of trauma to the body. The medical examiner has transported the woman's body to its Oklahoma City office for autopsy. While doctors work to determine how the woman died, OSBI agents and McClain County deputies will collect information and physical evidence at the scene. The woman's name will be released tomorrow after next of kin has been notified.
