After the suspect inappropriately touched a juvenile inside a public restroom at the Serramonte Shopping Center, the suspect fled the scene in a newer model silver sedan. He was described as an Asian male adult, 70-80 years old, 5'8" in height and approximately 190 pounds. The unknown suspect was last seen wearing a red baseball cap, red jacket, blue shirt and gray pants.
