Subject: Suspicious Person/Vehicle
The Sun Prairie Police Department is looking for assistance in identifying a suspicious vehicle involved in Lewd and Lascivious Behavior. On 08/20/2015, Sun Prairie Police received a report from a customer at Copps East (640 E. Main St) in reference to a suspicious person. The caller reported that around 11:30 AM she observed a subject sitting in a black vehicle near the front of the store. The subject was fondling his exposed genitals while seated in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. This incident in possibly related to a similar call on 08/18/2015 near Northside School involving similar behavior.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 40 years of age, shaved head or balding.
The suspect vehicle is described as a black four door vehicle, possible a Chevrolet Malibu. Based on security images obtained from Copps, it is believed that the vehicle is a 2013 or newer with possible Illinois plates.
