Guido Velarde was located safe and in good health around 7:00 PM on August 20, 2015. 
On Wednesday, August 20, 2015, around 12:00 AM, officers with the Moreno Valley Police Department were dispatched to the 25800 block of Brodiaea Avenue, city of Moreno Valley, reference a reported endangered missing adult. Officers with the Moreno Valley Police Department are requesting the public's assistance in attempting to locate Guido Velarde. He was last seen at his residence on Brodiaea Avenue between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM last night.
Mr. Velarde is described as a seventy-five year old Hispanic male adult, having brownish grey hair, and brown eyes. He is five feet-one inches tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. Mr. Velarde was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, green pants, and brown leather sandals.
