A Caddo County man OSBI agents arrested twice in one year for complaints related to child pornography is sentenced to 20 years in the state penitentiary. In August 2013, an undercover OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) agent discovered Kyle Dean Caldwell had downloaded several videos containing child pornography via a peer-to-peer Internet site. He was arrested the next month after agents served a search warrant on his Hinton home. In August 2014, the same undercover OSBI ICAC agent conducting an investigation into the distribution of child pornography found child pornography available for sharing from an IP address originated from Caldwell’s home. He was arrested again after agents served a search warrant on his home. Last week, Caldwell pleaded guilty to multiple crimes related to child pornography.
