Miami University move-in on Thursday. Avoid area due to expected traffic congestion. 
Thursday is Miami University move-in day. We want to alert local residents and those that travel through Oxford to avoid driving through the City. Traffic is likely to be very congested due to a record number of students moving into the dorms on Thursday, August 20th. A major construction project on US 27 will only add to the difficulties. So while we normally encourage everyone to come visit our fine City, we would suggest that you do it on another day.
