The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 26-year old Clarence Moore. Clarence has been identified by detectives as a suspect in the homicide of 49-year old Louis Ramos of Modesto.
Clarence Moore is described as a black male, 6 foot tall, approximately 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
On 07-01-15 at approximately 9:30 AM Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to the 1700 Block of Donald Street in Modesto, CA for a person who had been shot. When deputies arrived they found 49 year old Louis Ramos of Modesto with multiple gunshot wounds. Ramos was transported to a local area hospital where he later died.
