UPDATE: Mr. Martin-Romo has located safe and sound, and is back with his family.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons and Runaway unit is asking for the public’s help in locating 47 year old Luis Miguel Martin-Romo.
He is a special needs adult, and has a very limited vocabulary of both English and Spanish.
Mr. Martin-Romo was last seen in the 9800 block of Daisy Mist in Houston, TX on August 3, 2015, at 7:00 pm in the Blue Bell Village subdivision.
He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, jogging pants and black slippers.
