Missing Person:
Arthur Ramirez, 50 years old, 5’-06”, 185 pounds, Brown Hair, Brown Eyes, Tattoos on hand, neck and back.
Synopsis:
Ramirez left his girlfriend’s residence in Apple Valley on July 13, 2015 and has not been seen since. Ramirez currently lives in the City of Fontana and no longer has a vehicle for transportation. Ramirez has been known to frequent the homeless areas near the Mojave River in Victorville.
