City's Contractor raising manhole covers on Hot-in-Place Pav't Recycled Roads today until Friday 7/31/15. Expect Delays. 
The City of Norton Shores wishes to notify you that the 2015 Hot-in-Place roadway pavement recycling project well underway. Work on the actual recycling phase of the project is complete. The contractor will be raising manholes casting this week.
Access and travel thru the affect street will remain open during the work with traffic being controlled by flagging operations and delays are to be expected.
