July 21st
Stolen License Plate- Potrero Avenue and So. 53rd Street
At 1318 hours, an officer was flagged down about a stolen license plate report. The victim stated that their front license plate was stolen sometime in the last 24 hours.

July 22nd
Warrant Arrest- El Cerrito Police Department
At 0906 hours, a 25 year old woman from Antioch arrived at the police department to retrieve a copy of a collision report. The woman had an outstanding warrant for her arrest for failing to appear in court on a burglary charge. An officer took the woman into custody and booked her at the PD before transporting her to the county jail in Martinez.

Warrant Arrest- Hill Street and the BART Path
At 1239 hours, an officer contacted a suspicious man and arrested him for an outstanding $200,000 warrant from Richmond PD for threats to an RPD officer. The officer booked the 45 year old man and then transported him to the county jail in Martinez.

Residential Burglary- 1700 block of Ganges Avenue
At 1537 hours, an officer responded to a report of a residential burglary. An unknown suspect pried open the front door to gain access to the home and stole a watch and loose change. The burglary occurred between 1215 hours and 1515 hours.

Armed Robbery- 6400 block of Conlon Avenue
At 1652 hours, officers responded to a report of an armed robbery on the sidewalk. The victim reported being approached by a suspect holding a revolver and demanded his cell phone and other property. The victim attempted to run away but the suspect gave chase and caught up to him. The victim threw his cell phone in some bushes which was retrieved by the suspect. The suspect fled to an awaiting vehicle and fled. The victim did not sustain any injuries from the incident.

Residential Burglary – 2600 block of Tassajara Ave:
At 1754 hours, officers were dispatched to a report of an interrupted burglary. The reporting party saw three male adult carrying out a TV from her neighbor’s home. The RP yelled at the suspects and they fled north into an awaiting vehicle. Officers cleared the home and contacted the owners. The point of entry appeared to be a kitchen window.

Residential Burglary – 1500 block of Arlington Blvd:
At 1759 hours, officers responded to a report that an unknown suspect(s) entered a residence by prying the front door. The suspect(s) entered the residence and removed electronics.

Residential Burglary – 2500 block of Mira Vista Dr:
At 2011 hours, officers report that an unknown suspect(s) entered a residence by kicking in the front door. The suspect(s) removed expensive jewelry, cash and digital cameras.

Residential Burglary – 7300 block of Hotchkiss Ave:
At 2117 hours, Officers responded to a report that an unknown suspect(s) entered a residence via a bathroom window and removed electronics.

Warrant Arrest – S.55th St/Cypress Ave:
At 0248 hours, an officer conducted a pedestrian stop and arrested a 35 year old female after it was discovered she had an outstanding warrant. The female was booked and cited out.

Theft from vehicle and Probation Violation – 2200 block of Carquinez Ave:
At 0257 hours, officers were dispatched to a call of a male and female entering a neighbor’s car. Officers arrived in the area and located a 26 year old female and 28 year old male. The male and female were identified as the suspects and taken into custody. Both were on probation and were booked and taken to county jail.

July 23rd
Auto Burglary- 10944 San Pablo Avenue
At 1305 hours, a Community Service Officer responded to a report of an auto burglary. The victim’s car window was pried open and a tool belt was stolen from inside. The theft occurred sometime between 2100 hours on Wednesday and 1200 hours on Thursday.

Residential Burglary- 2600 block of Yuba Street
At 1330 hours, an officer responded to a report of a residential burglary. The residence is unoccupied and no valuables were kept inside however an unknown suspect broke the rear sliding glass window and entered the home. The suspect ransacked items in the home but left empty handed. The burglary occurred between 07/15 and 07/23.

Grand Theft – 410 El Cerrito Plaza:
At 1847 hours an officer reports three adult males entered the business and removed electronics from their displays and left the business.

Driving Under the Influence– San Pablo Ave/Knott Ave:
At 2227 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver, a 42 year old male, for driving under the influence. The male was booked and released on a citation.

Driving Under the Influence – San Pablo Ave/Conlon Ave:
At 2335 hours, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and subsequently arrested the driver, a 59 year old female, for driving under the influence. The driver was booked and given a ride home
