Cancellation of Events Due to Weather 
The Levitt Concert planned for tonight, July 18, 2015, at Memorial Park, is canceled due to safety concerns about the weather and lightning.
Many other outdoor events scheduled for tonight have been canceled, including the City events noted below.
The Levitt concert will be rescheduled to a future date, according to Levitt Pavilion officials. The new date for this concert will be announced as soon as possible. The City and Levitt officials thank the public for their patience and understanding.
Other cancellations include:
- Outdoor movie planned for tonight at Pasadena's Washington Park
- Street Food Cinema at Victory Park
- Parks After Dark at Robinson Park
All canceled due to the unusual weather conditions.
City swimming pool and outdoor swim activities also were suspended today.
As a reminder, the rain also should be canceling residents' outdoor watering plans for Saturday! Please remember that under Pasadena's Level 2 Water Shortage Plans, outdoor watering is only allowed on Tuesdays and Saturdays, unless there is measurable rain. The public is asked to turn off any timers for outdoor watering for today in cooperation with the drought plans.
