Phone scam ALERT: Caller advises that he is an attorney attempting to collect a debt. Don't give out personal info! 
A phone scam has been reported recently where a subject posing as an attorney will call the potential victim and claim that they have defaulted on a loan. The subject then gets persistent with the victim and claims that unless they make good on their debt they will be arrested. In the most recent attempted scam, the subject posing as an attorney claimed he was from “Legal Litigation.” Do not give out any personal information over the phone and never send money as this isn’t the course of action one would take if you defaulted on a loan.
