Narrative:
On June 30th, 2015, employees with the Ojai Unified School District discovered that the district had been the victim of embezzlement. The Superintendent’s office immediately notified the Ojai Police Department and an investigation was started. The information provided by school district employees revealed that during the past two years approximately $60,000.00 had been embezzled from the school district by (A) Ladonna Fulcher.
On July 2nd, 2015, Detectives from the Ojai Station arrested Fulcher for violating section 487(a) of the Penal Code / Grand Theft by Embezzlement. Fulcher was booked into the Pre-Trial Detention Facility and her bail was set at $10,000.00.
