As we approach the 4th of July holiday weekend, the Channahon Police would like to remind you to leave the fireworks to the professionals.
The use of illegal fireworks is dangerous. They can cause serious injuries, start fires, be a nuisance to your neighbors, and create panic for pets.
Be courteous to your neighbors and to your neighborhood pets.
Officers will be out enforcing the law.
