Tahlequah Officer-Involved Shooting Update 
OSBI has conducted several interviews during its investigation in the officer-involved shooting that occurred in Tahlequah on July 27, 2015. Witnesses stated that during the encounter, Joshua Crittenden, 35 years of age, pointed a handgun several times at Tahlequah police officers before the shooting occurred. The investigation is still on-going. When the investigation is complete, the OSBI will submit its report to the District Attorney’s Office.
