With the July 4th holiday rapidly approaching, the Red Oak Fire Department and Police Department would like to remind all residents that the possession and discharging of fireworks within the city limits of Red Oak is illegal. While officials are prepared to enforce the ban, they are asking the public to voluntarily comply with the law to help lower the fire risk.
