Full Notification

On 6-26-2015, at about 2:18am, Chula Vista Police Dispatch received numerous calls regarding a single vehicle traffic accident in the area near 60 Telegraph Canyon Road. The Reporting Persons described a roll over type accident with persons possibly remaining or trapped inside the vehicle. Officers and Fire personnel arrived on scene and attended to the black BMW involved in the single vehicle collision. The BMW appeared to have rolled over multiple times and struck a large tree after leaving the roadway. The BMW appeared to have been travelling at a high rate of speed just prior to the accident. The two male occupants were fatally wounded during the initial accident and pronounced deceased at the scene. Notifications are pending to the families of the two male victims and the CVPD Traffic Division is conducting an investigation. Telegraph Canyon Road between Hilltop Dr. to Camino Entrada is closed to all traffic while investigators are on scene. The road may be closed until 11:30am.
