Narrative:
On June 23, 2015, Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office arrested Steven Wayne Bower for child molestation. Bower is suspected of molesting three juvenile female victims, each on separate occasions, while in his care. The juvenile victims were ages 6, 8 and 9 during the incidents. Bower is currently in custody at the Ventura County Pre-Trail Detention Facility on $500,000.00 bail.
