Carson Station Detectives Need the Public's Help in Locating a Man for Annoying and Molesting Children

**SUSPECT'S COMPOSITE SKETCH ATTACHED**

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Carson Station detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted for annoying and molesting children in two separate cases on the same day, in the City of Carson.

On Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at approximately 5:45 p.m., the suspect was walking behind three 14-year-old girls in the area of Fries Avenue and Lomita Boulevard, Carson. The suspect started talking to the girls to get their attention, when they turned around, he pulled out his penis and began to masturbate. The girls ran to a nearby home and reported the incident.

Approximately an hour later, a man followed an 18-year-old woman, on foot, to her home in the area of 213th Street and Dolores Street, Carson. When she reached the front door, the suspect pulled his penis from his pants and began to masturbate. She then opened the door, went inside, and when she tried to close the door behind her the suspect put his foot in the doorway to prevent her from closing it. When the victim screamed, the suspect ran away.

Detectives believe the same suspect is responsible for both incidents.

The suspect is described as a male Black, 20-35 years-old, light complexion, 5’08”-6’00” tall, 150-160lbs, and a muscular build. He was wearing a black shirt, and had a large thick mustache (possibly fake).

Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Carson Station Detectives at (310) 830-1123.  If you prefer to provide information anonymously, you may call "Crime Stoppers" by dialing (800) 222-TIPS (8477), or texting the letters TIPLA plus your tip to CRIMES (274637), or by using the website http://lacrimestoppers.org.
