Special Olympics Torch Run on Garvey Ave, from Del Mar Ave to southbound Atlantic Bl to the City limits, today between 12:30pm & 2:30pm. 
The Special Olympics Torch will make its way though Monterey Park westbound on Garvey Ave to southbound Atlantic Blvd and to the City limits between 12:30pm & 2:30pm. Police Officers from the Monterey Park Police Department will be running in support of the Special Olympics. Expect traffic delays.
