CHARGES: Pimping, Pandering, Prostitution, and other related charges along with various municipal code violations

On Thursday June 4, 2015, after several months of investigation, Deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department served three search warrants concurrently with six additional compliance checks at massage parlors located within the city of Rancho Cucamonga. Deputies and City personnel searched for illicit massage activity, illegal business practices, business licensing violations, as well as illegal and unsafe building construction violations.

The deputies and detectives arrested a total of 11 people during the search warrants for the above listed charges. Several of the massage businesses were cited for City licensing or code violations and/ or fire or building safety issues.

This was accomplished through the collaborative efforts of the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department’s Solution Oriented Policing team, Detective unit, and Multiple Enforcement Team as well as Sheriff’s Department Narcotics, Human Trafficking, and SWAT Divisions. Outside agencies included the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s office, Department of Homeland Security and Ontario Police Department’s Vice/Narcotics Division. The city of Rancho Cucamonga’s Fire Department, Building Safety Department, Business Licensing Department, and Community Improvement staff also provided support with enforcing health & safety, code, or city violations.
