A wanted suspect is under arrest after he fled from Officers in a vehicle. The suspect later lost control of his vehicle, rolling it.
Dos Palos Officers arrested the suspect who recently cut off his monitoring device and was wanted by the Parole division of The California Department of Corrections.
The suspect has been identified as Peter Perez who was a Parole on the run. After crashing in the canal near Valeria and Hwy 33, Perez attempted to flee and resist Officers. Perez was taken into custody. No one was seriously injured.
The owner of the vehicle advised investigators Perez did not have permission to have the vehicle.
