Narrative:
On 06/07/15, (S) Howard Ammerman exposed his genitalia to three juvenile victims who were riding their bikes at Medea Creek Park. One of the victims also identified Ammerman as the suspect who pulled his pants down, exposing his bare buttocks at the same location on 06/06/15.
Ammerman was arrested and booked into the Pre-Trial Detention Facility in Ventura on two counts of PC 314(1) / Indecent Exposure. Ammerman is currently out of custody after posting $5,000 bail.
