May 14, 2015 @ 9:04pm – Samuel L. Wolfson, 21, of Warren was arrested and charged with DWI following a motor vehicle stop on Green Brook Road. Officer Marc Arancio investigated.

May 19, 2015 @ 5:20pm – A resident of the Middlesex Village Apartments reported the theft of jewelry items and home electronics from her apartment. Investigation revealed no signs of forced entry and no indications that any unauthorized persons were in the residence. The value of the items taken was reported as $2,114.00. Officer Chad Corner investigated.

May 20, 2015 @ 12:44pm – A resident of Walnut Street reported a theft from her motor vehicle. Investigation revealed that the vehicle was parked and unattended in the parking lot of Cub Liquors, 242 Lincoln Boulevard at the time of the theft. An unknown actor(s) smashed the front, passenger side window of the vehicle and absconded with the victim’s purse and its contents. The total value of the items taken was reported as $340.00. Officer James Morley investigated.

May 24, 2015 @ 1:14am – Darelle D. Hueston, 21, of Piscataway was arrested and charged with DWI following a motor vehicle stop on Bound Brook Road at South Lincoln Avenue. A passenger in Hueston’s car, Jarred T. Bryant, 22, of Plainfield, was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both men were released pending their respective appearances in municipal court. Officer Scott Christofides investigated.

May 27, 2015 @ 2:45pm – A resident of Jay Place reported the theft of jewelry from her home. Investigation revealed that the jewelry, valued at $1,750.00, was taken from a second floor bedroom in the residence. There were no signs of forced entry and no indications that any unauthorized persons were in the home. Officer Sean Flanagan investigated.

June 3, 2015 @ 12:25pm – John H. Clark, Jr., 49, of Jersey City was arrested and charged with shoplifting. Investigation revealed that on two occasions in October 2014, Mr. Clark removed a total six bottles of champagne with a combined value of $326.82 from Middlesex Liquors, 708 Union Avenue. Mr. Clark was remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center on $1,500.00 bail. Officer Paul Steffanelli investigated.

June 6, 2015 @ 1:04pm – David G. Rukhadze, 23, of Middlesex was arrested and charged with shoplifting. An examination of store surveillance video from the Acme Market, 125 Bound Brook Road, revealed that Mr. Rukhadze removed five New Jersey Lottery Instant Game tickets from the unattended customer service counter. The instant game tickets stolen had a face value of $19.00. Mr. Rukhadze posted $1,500.00 cash as bail and was released. Officer Sean Flanagan investigated.
