Luisa Bishop, 65, Female, Hispanic, 5'-01", 157 lbs., wearing a black sweater, black pants, pink or blue shirt, and black shoes.
Missing was last seen on the property of Castleview Retirement home located at 1425 N. Garfield Avenue at 6:30PM today's date, June 5th.
Subject suffers from psychosis, depression, and a head injury sustained previously.
Subject's last occurrence was in January 2014, and was found in the city of Alhambra.
