HMPD Officers arrest man for Breaking and Entering. 
On Thursday, June 4, 2015, at approximately 10:00am, Hope Mills Police Officers responded to the 2600 block of Burke Lane in reference to a Break-in in progress. Upon arrival, Officers located suspect Jamie Locklear, 33, of the 3400 block of Whipperwill Drive, in the residence and took him into custody. During a search of Mr. Locklear, Officers recovered money that had been stolen from the victim in Mr. Locklear’s pockets. Mr. Locklear was transported to the Cumberland County Detention Center where he was jailed under a $50,000.00 bond for the following charges:
1 Count of Felony Breaking and Entering
1 Count of Felony Larceny after Breaking and Entering
1 Count of Felony Habitual Breaking and Entering
1 Count of Misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Goods
