We have recovered a dirt bike with a large lock on the rear wheel. Do you have the key or can otherwise ID the bike?

This dirt bike was recovered in the Doylestown area and we are attempting to locate the owner. Naturally, we would expect the owner to have the key for the lock or other documentation that ties him or her to this vehicle. If you have information please contact Capt. Hunter at 330-287-5758
