Central Deputies arrest a San Bernardino man for possession of firearms & thousands of credit card account numbers 
DATE/TIME: May 21, 2015, at approximately 11:30 am
INCIDENT: Ex-felon in possession of firearm / Credit Card Fraud
LOCATION: 3400 block of N F Street, San Bernardino
SUSPECT(S): Serob Frenkyan, 42 years of age male, a resident of San Bernardino
VICTIM(S): State of California
On May 21, 2015, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Deputy Sandoval from the Central Sheriff
S Station located Serob Frenkyan at a residence in San Bernardino. Frenkyan was a confirmed suspect involved in a credit card fraud investigation. Frenkyan was seen outside the residence and when he saw deputies he went inside the residence and refused to come out.
Detective Leininger wrote a search warrant for the residence. Frenkyan was found inside the residence. During the search of the residence, deputies located 3 firearms, including an assault rifle and a stolen handgun. Deputies also located several computers and equipment to manufacture fraudulent credit cards and California Driver’s licenses. Thousands of victim’s credit card account numbers were found on different computers in Frenkyan’s residence.
Frenkyan has prior felony convictions for credit card fraud. Frenkyan was arrested and booked into the Central Detention Center.
