SUBJECT: Mark Twain Elementary Lockdown

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On May 13, 2015 at approximately 11:15 AM, the Angels Camp Police Department notified Mark Twain Elementary School staff to lockdown their campus as a precautionary measure due to a search warrant being served at a residence that borders school property.
Once the residence was secured and it was determined that there was no danger to the school, the school was notified that it was safe to return to their normally scheduled day.
