The Sheriff's Homicide Detail wants your help in locating a missing person at-risk who hasn't been seen in more than two years.
Take a good look at the attached photo of Kimberly Jo Evans. She was last seen by her mother on April 30, 2013 at their home in Encinitas.
Kimberly left on foot with a packed suitcase. In the past, she had gone away from home for a few days, but always came back. Kimberly's mother reported her missing when she did not return home.
Kimberly Jo Evans is 43 years-old, stands 5'6" tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and reddish brown hair. Kimberly was last seen wearing a green plaid blouse and green shorts.
She did not have access to a car and did not have a cell phone. Kimberly is known to use public transportation. She also had not been taking her medication.
