Expect traffic delays if you are driving through Oxford beginning around 11:45am until about 1pm. The Red Bricks & Roses Carriage Parade will begin at Millett Hall and follow this route: Sycamore St, Tallawanda Rd, High St, S. Beech St, Spring St, Irvin Dr, High St, Tallawanda Rd, Sycamore St.
