· 11/14/09 Daniel Dellavecchia, 19, of Milford was charged with Possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident occurring in Westfall Township.

· 11/14/09 A 17 year old male of Matamoras was charged with Possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident occurring in Westfall Township.

· 11/20/09 A 17 year old female was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough.

· 11/21/09 Jack Bayer, 74, of Dingmans Ferry was charged with Defiant Trespass for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart.

· 11/23/09 Lizzette Gamboa, 44, of Dingmans Ferry was charged with Scattering Rubbish for an incident occurring in Vanetten’s Trailer park.

· 11/24/09 Susan Snyder, 43, of Port Jervis was charged with Forgery and Theft by Deception for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart.

· 11/26/09 Vincenzo Cornacchia, 23, of Lakeville was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol for an incident occurring in Westfall Township.

· 11/27/09 Richard Campbell III, 20, of Dunmore was charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass, and Loitering and prowling at nighttime for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough.

· 11/29/09 Stephen Cox, 26, of Matamoras was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring in Westfall Township.

· 11/30/09 James Lindsley, 28, of Godeffroy was charged with a probation violation.

· 12/04/09 Joe Olivieri, 56, of Matamoras was charged with Harassment for an incident occurring in Westfall Township.

· 12/05/09 Shariff Gual, 24, of Port Jervis was charged with Simple Assault, Theft by unlawful taking, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment for an incident occurring at the Best Western.

· 12/05/09 Ira Vinett, 43, of Manalapan New Jersey was charged with five counts of Bad Check.

· 12/05/09 Damon Rucker, 39, of Monticello New York was charged with two counts of Retail Theft and Criminal Mischief for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart.

· 12/06/09 Michael Warner, 43, of Port Jervis was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Price Chopper.

· 12/07/09 A 15 and a 16 year old male from Milford were charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at K-Mart.

· 12/08/09 James Brown, 20, of Port Jervis was charged with Possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart.

· 12/10/09 Douglas Murphy, 20, of Port Jervis was charged with Retail Theft and Criminal Mischief for an incident occurring at Turkey Hill.

Overnight parking is prohibited in Westfall Township and Matamoras Borough on all streets between the hours of 12:00 am and 7:00am from November 1 of each year to April 1 of the following year.
