Highland Deputies Recover a Stolen Vehicle and Arrest Two Suspects for Transportation of Narcotics

SUSPECT(S): Sharie Norris, age 37; Kelly Seward, age 38

SUMMARY: On Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at approximately 11:00 p.m., deputies from the Highland Police Department responded to Baseline Street and the 210 Freeway regarding a stolen vehicle in the area. Deputies saw the vehicle driving westbound on Baseline Street and conducted a felony traffic stop. The driver and sole occupant, Sharie Norris, was taken into custody without incident.
During a search of the vehicle, deputies located approximately 6 ounces of methamphetamine. Through investigation, deputies arrested a second suspect, Kelly Seward, after she was found to have embezzled the vehicle.
