UPDATE - Homicide Detail is Investigating a Homicide that Occurred in Fontana - victims name being released

INCIDENT: Homicide Investigation
LOCATION: Valley Boulevard/Redwood Avenue, Fontana
VICTIM: Guy Estrada, age 32 of Etiwanda
SUMMARY:
On Sunday, April 26, 2015 at approximately 10:35 p.m., deputies from the Fontana Sheriff’s Station responded to the area of Valley Boulevard and Redwood Avenue in Fontana following the report of a man down. Deputies located an adult male deceased with apparent gunshot wounds.
Detectives from the Specialized Investigations Division were requested to the location to assume the investigation. The investigation into the circumstances of the victim’s death is ongoing.
